Tug-of-worry and Indecision
If you really don’t want to do something, you won’t.
You will feel it in the gut. It will be visceral. “Indecision” is only the mind playing a mental tug-of-war. Remember: you are the spectator and not a participant. Certainly, not the rope!
Eventually, the body will move, action will be taken.
The tug-of-worry may continue, but simply notice where you actually are, what you are actually doing.
In that noticing, you see your decision, in this moment, has been made.
